This Privacy Policy explains how FROGIGO Trading Limited, trading as FROGIGO ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information through frogigo.com, including when you browse, place an order, submit artwork or contact us. 1. Information we collect
- Contact and order details: your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, items ordered, order history and correspondence.
- Payment and transaction details: the payment method, payment confirmation, transaction identifiers and information needed to process payments, refunds and fraud checks. Payment providers process payment credentials through their payment systems; please do not send card numbers or security codes to our support email.
- Custom artwork: images, files, design instructions and any personal information included in artwork that you submit for a custom product.

We use submitted artwork to review, produce and support your custom order. We do not use your custom artwork in public promotional materials without separate permission. Only submit images and personal information that you are entitled to share, including appropriate permission for information about other people.

We share information as needed with Shopify and providers that help operate our store, process payments, prevent fraud, provide technical or customer support, manufacture custom products, and ship orders. This may include giving relevant artwork to production providers and delivery details to carriers.
