What size is the playmat?

Our playmats measure 24 × 14 inches. Custom playmats are 2 mm thick, weigh approximately 320 g, and include a drawstring storage bag. Ready-made designs vary in thickness and accessories; see each product page for the exact details.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production takes 2 business days. For custom orders, production starts after the artwork is confirmed. Estimated transit time is 6–8 business days after dispatch.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses are excluded.

What artwork formats should I prepare?

Please prepare a PNG or JPG file that you own or have permission to use. Contact frogigogaming@gmail.com if you have questions about your artwork before ordering.

Can I return a non-custom playmat?

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in good condition. For non-quality returns, you pay return shipping and the original outbound shipping charge is not refunded. Please contact us before sending anything back.

What if a custom playmat has a quality issue?

Custom products are eligible for a refund or remake only for quality issues. Email your order number and clear photos to frogigogaming@gmail.com. We cover the cost of resolving confirmed quality issues. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
